Senior Business Systems Analyst
Development and Implementation of the Group IT strategic plan, with specific reference to the communications infrastructure. This involved the analysis, implementation and support of integrated business systems within the global group of companies. I was responsible for both internal IT security and the management of the security of the messaging infrastructure. The post implementation support included the setup and staff training of a global helpdesk for the new messaging environment. Implemented a Global MS Exchange messaging and collaboration environment including consolidation of Web Addressing with new Websites across 26 Countries spanning Europe, Asiapac and America.
