Development of the IS & Facilities strategic plan. Delivered a comprehensive strategic programme, which allows the organisation to fundamentally improve the way it presents itself and provides its services to its members and customer base. I am regularly asked to offer business solutions thinking that is wider than just an IT remit and deliver and add value to customer services. Basing this on central systems harmonisation of data and applications. The current landscape has been developed amid a changing organisational structure that has seen 4 CEO’s in 3 years, all of which I have had to influence and demonstrate the strategic direction of IS in order to ensure the continuation of the change program we are delivering now. As part of that change I completed an upgrade from a series of stand-alone servers to a rack mounted virtualised environment using VMWare, completed a consolidation of services and applications including major transformation and migration project from Lotus Notes and Domino legacy applications across to Windows 7 Office 2010 Outlook 2010 MS DynamicsCRM 2011 Lync collaboration services Implemented integrated e-marketing solutions, PowerMailChimp, Core Motives & Click Dimensions.. Reviewed and revamped Internet/Web delivery services and technology. Replaced an ageing appliance based firewall to a Cisco device improving security and remote access.
