Management of a £2million fully outsourced IT service. This role involves analysing and Identifying, designing and delivering strategic plans for technology, utilising a number of outsourced services across 15 regional offices and its partners offices across the voluntary sector. Organisation was closed as part of the Dept. of Health restructure, and I was part of the closing team, tasked with secure dissemination of information in regional cuts to all local council departments to ensure a smooth transition of the service and understanding business issues and processes and to develop cost-effective systems to support these.
