Dynamix AX 2009 enhancements and associated infrastructure upgrades, including mobility via technician PDA/tablet deployment. As an output from an Enterprise Architecture review prompted by the business feeling that it was restricted in modern business technology, I have finalised the transition from integrated Lotus notes and Applications in Lotus Notes, to O365 and a Microsoft Software Development Platform, using MS Azure Services. Re-platforming for new technology enabling provision of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics services using SQL 2012 and Excel 64bit Power services. Implementation of core business services around O365, Lync person to person communications including video conferencing, MS CRM 2015 online and Azure Cloud Hosted MS Navision and SharePoint 2013 environments.

Management of a £2million fully outsourced IT service. This role involves analysing and Identifying, designing and delivering strategic plans for technology, utilising a number of outsourced services across 15 regional offices and its partners offices across the voluntary sector. Organisation was closed as part of the Dept. of Health restructure, and I was part of the closing team, tasked with secure dissemination of information in regional cuts to all local council departments to ensure a smooth transition of the service and understanding business issues and processes and to develop cost-effective systems to support these.

This curriculum was Higher education training, ranging from NVQ to Higher National Diploma, in Electrical Engineering, Computing and software engineering.

Contributing to the strategic direction and development of the CCBS product line with responsibilities to improve the functional elements based on customer feedback.
Senior Business Systems Analyst
Development and Implementation of the Group IT strategic plan, with specific reference to the communications infrastructure. This involved the analysis, implementation and support of integrated business systems within the global group of companies. I was responsible for both internal IT security and the management of the security of the messaging infrastructure. The post implementation support included the setup and staff training of a global helpdesk for the new messaging environment. Implemented a Global MS Exchange messaging and collaboration environment including consolidation of Web Addressing with new Websites across 26 Countries spanning Europe, Asiapac and America.
My responsibilities included the improvement of the Infrastructure and services environment. I defined the business requirements for new SAP/r3 ERP business system, I produced a concept specification and an outline requirement specification for a new business system. I ensured that the Senior Management Team had sufficient exposure to all long listed systems to enable a short list based on business requirements, I organised workshops, conference room pilots and site visits with short-listed systems for directors and managers and staff as an important way of gaining support and engagement. The implementation replaced a legacy application that had no support and could not be expanded or extended to provide important business information that was restricting business expansion.
